Meet with Dr. Mathews

The agenda is tailored to you and whatever you need. I recommend this agenda as a starting point:

  • Collaboratively strategize your Personal Improvement Plan (PIP). During this meeting, we’ll discuss your goals and level of anxiety in specific situations and develop your action plan. Your PIP will detail what you should do to improve and provides numeric data to monitor your progress. (This often takes 2 meetings).
  • Discuss anxiety management techniques.
  • Discuss your upcoming speaking situations and strategize a plan.
  • Answer questions.

Typically we’ll meet 2-6 times but this depends on the needs of each individual. Feel free to schedule each meeting as you need it. Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule meetings.
