For Public Speaking Fear and Phobia
Start by joining a support group to meet others who share your fear. You'll find out that you're not alone. This is an important first step.
After you take the course and laboratory workshop, we recommend that you join a phobia practice group where you can maintain the skills you learned in the course and laboratory.
Once you develop enough confidence and feel ready, you'll want to consider joining groups that are focused on practicing public speaking (less on overcoming anxiety).
